- Programs where all ages are eligible
- Be a resident of Saskatchewan
- Possess a valid Saskatchewan Health Services Number

What Devices are Covered?
- Orthotics, including: upper and lower extremity, custom helmets
- Prosthetics, including: conventional prostheses (and accessories), myoelectric prostheses, and C-leg (microprocessor knee)
- Adaptive and specialized seating
- Adaptive and rehabilitation equipment
- Standing frames
- Functional electrical stimulation for foot drop
- External craniofacial prostheses
- Palatial prostheses
What Services are Available?
- Maintenance and repair for program-owned equipment are covered
- Replacements as needed under certain conditions (e.g. not if it is a result of abuse)
Procedure for Getting Access
- Clients must be referred for the service by an authorized health care professional ,and the service must be obtained in Saskatchewan
- All equipment is referred and requisitioned by a medical professional with appropriate authority, with the types of eligible medical/health professionals dependent on the device
- Specific providers (e.g. orthotics or rehab centres) may be indicated with direct billing
