- Adults (18 to 64)*
- Must self-identify as having a permanent disability that is caused by a physical or mental impairment restricting the ability to perform daily activities to participate in studies at postsecondary level or in the labour force
- Must have applied for and are eligible for funding from one of the following sources during the study period: OSAP for Full-Time Students, or OSAP for Part-Time Students

- Other disability-related equipment and software
What Services are Available?
- Funding for up to $20,000 from the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Permanent Disabilities
- May be provided funding for all or a portion of the costs of the assessment, services or equipment requested
- Costs for psycho-educational assessments performed up to 6 months prior to your study period start date may be considered for coverage
Procedure for Getting Access
- Completed application must be received by the applicant's financial aid officer or the ministry
- Submission of proof of purchase for approved assessments, services and/or equipment
- Provision of the OSAP Disability Verification Form
- Written recommendation from a disability advisor at the school and/or health care provider (doctor or other regulated health care professional) for the services and/or equipment requested
