- Foam pressure reduction mattress
- Full bed rail
What Services are Available?
- Delivery, assembly pick up of equipment
- No fees charged for equipment provided through the program
Procedure for Getting Access
- Assessed by Continuing Care representative to meet program requirements
- Authorization form completed and submitted to the Red Cross
