Procedure for Getting Access
- An assessment and hearing test is required from a Clinical Audiologist
- If it is an individual’s first hearing aid, a letter from a medical practitioner is required to give hearing amplification
- Quote for hearing aid(s) with hearing test must be submitted along with application documents
